INTRODUCTION ABOUT ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET

ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET contains Lisinopril which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihypertensive agents. It is used to manage hypertension (high blood pressure) and heart failure. It also manages the onset of signs of symptoms of heart failure (such as difficulty in breathing, swollen ankles and feet or extreme tiredness even after a mild physical activity) and can reduce kidney damage in diabetic patients who have high blood pressure.

Before taking ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems (other than hypertension and heart failure). You must also inform your doctor if you have severe hypotension (low blood pressure), diabetes or are severely dehydrated due to any recent sickness (such as vomiting or diarrhea).

ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET is not recommended for use in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to increased risk of side effects. Stop taking ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET and inform your doctor immediately if you become pregnant while undergoing therapy with ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET.

ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET may cause dizziness while standing up suddenly or while changing positions, especially during the initial days of the therapy. Therefore, do not drive or operate any heavy tools or machines as a precaution. Also, avoid consumption of alcohol as it could aggravate your dizziness.

Other most common side effects of taking ANGIOTENSIN 10 TABLET are dizziness, headache, nausea and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if any of these side effect worsens.
