Grandem MD Tablet is a medication designed to mitigate nausea and vomiting often resulting from surgical procedures, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. This antiemetic is not effective for alleviating other side effects linked to cancer treatments and is not recommended for motion sickness-induced vomiting. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and duration set by your healthcare provider. For optimal results, taking the medication at consistent times each day is advisable. Do not discontinue use abruptly without consulting your doctor. If you experience vomiting within an hour after taking a dose, you may take another dose but should avoid heavy meals for the rest of the day to minimize discomfort. Common reactions to this medication can include headache, constipation, diarrhea, and a sense of weakness. Additionally, dizziness and drowsiness may occur, so it is prudent to refrain from operating vehicles or engaging in tasks that require concentration until you are familiar with how this medication affects you.
