Dailyglim M2 is a combination of Glimepiride (2 mg) and Metformin (500 mg), used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glimepiride, an oral sulfonylurea, works by stimulating the pancreas to release more insulin, helping lower blood sugar levels.
